The top one is the best one followed by the second one as the letter forms touch all 4 sides of the box they are in so they touch each other on all 4 sides...
These are very light too and don't have a 50/50 black/white ratio or a 80/20% black to white ratio...
The top 2 are good for 20/80% black to white...
Use a very bold font and find a thick area to feature....
